Wakanda is a depiction of the power we hold in imagery. Chadwick Boseman showed young men what it was like to dream and do the impossible.
Boseman has battled colon cancer since 2016 and died at home with his family and wife by his side on August 28th, 2020, according to a statement posted on his Twitter account. He was 43.
A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all. He brought us so many of the films we have come to love so much.
From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and several more. All were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy.
