All orders placed through our website must be shipped to your billing address. Depending on your account status, PayPal may allow you to place an order and ship to an address other than your billing address. We DO NOT accept email requests to ship to an address other than the billing address.

Order processing time is 2-3 business days. Hair is typically shipped within 5-8 business days after your order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been processed and shipped. During holidays, big sales, and inclement whether, shipping may take a slightly longer, but all all customers will be notified of any delays.

All orders are shipped without signature unless requested by the customer. Please include a note at the time you place your order if you require signature. We will not be held responsible for packages with confirmed delivery status.

Fully customized wigs ship out within 3-4 weeks; depending upon options you selected. Silk top with 4×4 closure wigs ship out within 4-5 weeks. Full silk top based wigs ship out within 9-12 weeks.
