We strive to always carry our community with us in everything we do and everywhere we go. No matter if we’re participating in the BET Awards Experience event or here in Lancaster providing the best customer care there is, our community is represented in everything we do.
We are one of the few businesses that hire youth and create personalized mentorship curriculum for them to excel. We train and help build youth with our community’s help. That’s why when the Southern California Supersonics Youth TC reached out to us about funding we did not hesitate. This past month VIP helped fund this amazing organization to help youth compete in the National Junior Olympics!
Our Supersonics Junior Olympians
VIP House of Hair Beauty Supply is the the proud sponsor of the following Supersonics Junior Olympians:
Mikaela Warr – Is the Nation’s Leader in the 11-12 girls 100m. She is the 2016, 9-10 girls USATF National Champion and was the 100m runner up. This year she will be competing in the 100m and 200m.
George Stansell – Is Top 10 in the Nation in the 11-12 boys Discus. He is the Southern California Association USATF Discus Champion, California State Discus Champion.
Tylar Gallien – Is ranked #3 in USATF Region 15 in the 13-14 girls 400m. She is running the 4x100m, 400m, and 4x400m at this year’s JO’s.
Nevaeh Williams – Is ranked #17 in the Nation in the 13-14 girls 100m. She will be running the 100m, and the 4x100m at this year’s JO’s.
About The Supersonics
The Southern California Supersonics Youth TC is a USATF and AAU sanctioned track and field club for youth in the Antelope Valley. Contributions made to their track and field program provided recreational scholarships for youth in our community and helped send local youth to compete in the National Junior Olympics in Greensboro, NC.
